Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan never requires payment details. You only enter billing information when you choose to upgrade to Pro.
What happens if I go over the 30-log limit on Free?
You won't lose any existing logs, but you won't be able to create new ones until the next billing period or until you upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Pro is a one-time subscription for the period you paid for (default 30 days). There are no long-term contracts and cancellation is instant.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your logs are only visible to you. We use Claude (via the Anthropic API) for AI features, but your raw log content is not stored by Anthropic beyond the request.
What payment methods are supported?
We use Paystack for payment processing, which supports cards, bank transfers, and mobile money in supported regions.
