1.Acceptance of Terms

By using WorkLog Pro you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

By accessing or using WorkLog Pro (“the Service”) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using WorkLog Pro on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organisation.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.Description of Service

WorkLog Pro is a work-logging and productivity analytics platform. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

WorkLog Pro provides a productivity tracking platform that allows users to log work activities, track performance metrics, build streaks, generate exportable reports, and receive AI-powered insights.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform users of material changes in advance.

WorkLog Pro is a productivity tool, not a professional accounting, legal, or HR system. Do not rely on it as the sole record for payroll, legal compliance, or regulated time-tracking.

3.User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

To use WorkLog Pro, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately at support@worklogpro.com of any unauthorised use
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits

5.Acceptable Use

Use WorkLog Pro for legitimate productivity tracking only. Abuse, illegal use, or interference will result in account suspension.

You agree not to use WorkLog Pro in any of the following ways:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade service availability or infrastructure
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, malware, or exploits

  • Harvest or collect other users’ data from the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our consent

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

6.Your Content

You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to run the service.

You retain full ownership of all work logs, notes, and other data (“Your Content”) that you input into WorkLog Pro.

By submitting Your Content, you grant WorkLog Pro a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you log.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models. When your logs are sent to OpenAI for processing, they are subject to zero data retention via the API — OpenAI does not use API inputs for model training.

7.Intellectual Property

WorkLog Pro owns the platform, UI, and branding. You own your logs. Neither of us gets the other’s stuff.

The WorkLog Pro name, logo, platform design, source code, and all related intellectual property are owned by WorkLog Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you, nor any of your intellectual property rights to us.

8.AI Features

AI outputs are suggestions, not professional advice. Review everything the AI generates before acting on it.

AI-generated content (log parsing, weekly summaries, performance suggestions) may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review AI outputs before sharing them or making decisions based on them.

AI features are provided as productivity aids only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, HR, or professional advice of any kind.

To power AI features, work log text is sent to the OpenAI API. By using AI features, you consent to this transfer. You can disable AI features at any time from your account settings.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fitness of AI features for any particular purpose. AI features may be modified or removed at any time.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WorkLog Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkLog Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business
  • Loss of data or work logs
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to WorkLog Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10.Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

By you: You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently purged within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Unused paid subscription time is non-refundable unless required by law.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or your continued use poses a risk to other users or the platform.

Where termination is due to a non-material breach, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify you by email before taking action.

Upon termination, sections 6, 7, 9, and 11 survive indefinitely.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We prefer to resolve disputes by talking first.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkLog Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@worklogpro.com and give us 30 days to attempt an amicable resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in cases of intellectual property infringement or data security incidents.

12.Changes to Terms

We’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices.

  • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
  • For material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect
  • Continued use of WorkLog Pro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
  • If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date
